For cafés
Email newsletters for cafés and coffee shops
Your regulars already love you. A short email once or twice a month reminds them to pop in, gets the new seasonal drink tried in its first week, and fills the slow Tuesday afternoon. Social posts reach a fraction of your followers. An email lands in every inbox.

Questions
How often should a café send emails?
Twice a month is plenty for most cafés: once for news or a new menu, once for an offer. Weekly works if you have something new each week, like a specials board.
Can I email customers who gave me their details for a loyalty card?
If they bought from you and you gave them a clear chance to opt out when you took their email, UK rules (the "soft opt-in") usually let you email them about similar things you sell. Always include an unsubscribe link. Read our guide to UK email marketing rules for more.
