iynbox Business (business.iynbox.com) is a UK email newsletter platform for businesses, from iynbox. Businesses design branded emails, run their list from a control panel, track opens and clicks in an analytics hub, and get their own sign-up page at yourbusiness.iynbox.com, which they can claim now.

Can I start using it now?
Not yet. Register your interest and we’ll invite businesses in list order as we open. Registering costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything.
What’s in the control panel?
Everything in one place: your contacts, your emails (sent, scheduled and drafts), your iynbox page and your settings. Import a spreadsheet, schedule an email for Friday morning, or switch on a welcome email for new sign-ups.
What does the analytics hub show?
How many people opened each email, which links they clicked, and how many new people signed up, day by day, in plain English. No setup needed.
What’s my iynbox page?
Your own web page at yourbusiness.iynbox.com where customers can sign up for your emails and read past ones. Share the link on social media, your website or a sign at the counter. You claim the name when you register. It goes live as soon as you confirm your email, and customers can start signing up before we open.
Is any of this extra?
No. The builder, control panel, analytics hub and your iynbox page are on every plan, including Free. The only thing that changes the price is how many active contacts you have.
Are these prices final?
No, they’re our current estimate. We’ll confirm pricing before anyone is asked to pay, and lists under 2,500 contacts will be free.
Will you put adverts in my emails?
No. Business emails never carry sponsors. Sponsors only appear in free editions of writers’ newsletters on iynbox.
Can I bring my existing list?
Yes, by uploading a spreadsheet. Everyone on it must have agreed to hear from you. We check every import before the first send to protect your reputation and everyone else’s.
Can I send from my own domain?
That’s coming soon. At first you’ll send from a named iynbox address, with your business name as the sender and replies going to your own email.
What if I send more than my plan includes?
Your emails still go out. On Business, extra emails cost £1 per 1,000 and show on your next bill. On Free, we’ll ask you to move to Business once you pass 5,000 emails in a month. We’ll always warn you first.
